#WezhiraTV a Zimbabwean community TV based in Masvingo released its 3rd five hour DVD installment on Friday 29 August. The DVD, in the tradition of its preceding releases, contains various programs ranging from drama to documentaries. Of note is the 3rd episode of Hwindi, a comedy loosely based on a Combi conductor's daily encounters. In the latest episode the conductor tries his luck on a westernised girl who is way out of his league. Candice Masimba also speaks to Carl Joshua Ncube, the Zimbabwean comedian, and the cast of "Mayaya: The Seed of Corruption" movie in Masvingo Swagg. Youth Cultural Arts Festival (YOCAF) 2014, Tertiary Institutions Festival of the Arts in Zimbabwe (TIFAZ) 2014 and the National Youth Games 2014 have all come and gone but re-live each moment as Wezhira TV walks you through what transpired.
A new breed of artists is brewing in the City of Masvingo, Masvingo's Hottest Videos brings you the latest in music videos with Tinashe 'Nash' Nhukarume. The project goes behind the scenes in latest movie productions in 'Talk of Masvingo'. The Charles Austin theatre was alive in the months of July and August of 2014 and Wezhira TV takes a look at some of the best plays that were showcased.
